OVERVIEW

Introduction class begins with assessing students skill level and introducing them to the basics of constructing a human head with proper anatomy & expressions. If they decide to continue, over the next few weeks we delve into the basics of character construction such as hands, gesture, and clothing design. By the end of each session, students should have a new understanding of proper anatomy & design principles which we covered in the lesson. Midway into the program we tackle story-building, complex character back-stories, and proper story structure. Students will have several completed graphic novel pages by the end of the segment.
